Job Title: House Manager – Brandy’s Corner

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Position Summary
The House Manager for Brandy’s Corner oversees evening operations of a transitional housing program for women. This position ensures a safe, structured, and supportive environment while promoting accountability, independence, and stability for residents. The House Manager provides supervision, guidance, and consistent support during evening hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day evening operations of the transitional housing program
- Ensure resident safety, security, and well-being
- Enforce program policies, structure, and house expectations in a respectful and trauma-informed manner
- Provide support, guidance, and problem-solving assistance to residents
- Monitor curfews, conduct resident check-ins, and document attendance
- Complete required documentation, logs, and incident reports
- Respond appropriately to emergencies, conflicts, or crisis situations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and respectful living environment
- Communicate resident concerns and incidents to program leadership
- Serve as a positive role model promoting responsibility and independent living skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in human services, transitional housing, or working with vulnerable populations preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to set boundaries and maintain professionalism

- Ability to pass required background clearances
