As a Team Member, you will add value to the restaurant in so many ways - welcome & greet guests, take and prepare customer orders in either the front counter, drive-thru, or in the kitchen, maintain cleanliness in the restaurant, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy helping and serving others. We will teach you everything else you need to know! Successful Team Members will conduct themselves in a positive attitude and truthful character demonstrating 2nd mile service to every guest who visits our restaurant. Expectations and Requirements (Back of House)

Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards

Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep

Stock kitchen inventory as needed

Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times

Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A

Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Restaurant Leadership

Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes

Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
