Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions or concerns
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly
- Handle cash transactions and process payments
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and work stations
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest services or customer-facing roles preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety practices is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
