Requirements
We’re looking for candidates with hands-on experience in the beverage or hospitality industry, including one or more of the following:
- Previous experience in spirits, wine, or craft beer sales (required)
- Bartending or cocktail-making experience
- Strong product knowledge or passion for spirits, wine, and beer
- Distributor, brand ambassador, or liquor sales experience
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and maintain organized, attractive product displays
- Assist customers with purchases, questions, and returns in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
- Operate the register, process transactions accurately, and handle cash responsibly
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and stockroom
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service
- Share product knowledge, cocktail ideas, and pairing suggestions when appropriate
