A hotel maintenance person has to perform various tasks such as general maintenance as well as preventive and emergency maintenance of the hotel.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Skill Requirements: Skills required by hotel maintenance personnel are as follows - required to know all types of maintenance jobs like repairing and working of equipment on property, providing high amount of quality to customers, should have good interpersonal skills as he/she deals with superiors, colleagues and different kind of customers.
Scheduling and Planning skills: Our maintenance person has to perform a number of jobs at a time, thus multi-tasking is a must.
Main Duties: General, Preventive and Emergency maintenance. Grounds maintenance such as parking lot, landscaping, Swimming pool, etc...
Part time with the opportunity to go full time.
Must be 18 or older to apply
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
