Warrensburg Manor Care Center, a unique skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Warrensburg, MO, is seeking a dedicated Certified Medication Tech to join our compassionate team.
As a Certified Medication Tech, you will play a vital role in promoting the health and well-being of our residents by ensuring the accurate administration of medications and providing exceptional care. Our Certified Medication Tech will work closely with our interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications accurately and in a timely manner
Monitor and record medication administration and side effects
Perform vital signs and document as required
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and families
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience
Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control protocols
