Post-Construction Cleaner (Temporary Contract) – OSHA 10 or Higher Required

Job Description
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Post-Construction Cleaners to assist with an active commercial construction project.
This is a temporary contract position on an active construction site. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while following all OSHA safety requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform final post-construction cleaning of residential and common areas
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and detail clean all surfaces
- Clean windows, doors, baseboards, fixtures, and other finishes
- Remove construction dust, debris, stickers, and adhesive residue
- Follow daily work assignments from the site supervisor
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
- Valid OSHA 10 Construction certification or higher is REQUIRED (OSHA 30 accepted).
- A copy of your OSHA certification must be provided before your first day of work.
- Previous post-construction or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
- Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs., and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation
Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
All required PPE will be provided by us, including:
- Hard hat
- Safety gloves
- Safety glasses
- High-visibility safety vest
Applicants must provide their own work boots (steel toe preferred).
