Madi Construction Company, Inc. — known as MadiBuilt — is a Virginia Class A licensed residential and commercial contractor specializing in the development and construction of custom single-family homes. We're a small, close-knit operation looking for a sharp, organized Office Administrator to keep our office running smoothly as we grow.
This role is the operational backbone of our office. You'll work directly with the owner and manage the day-to-day administrative functions that keep our projects and business moving — from bookkeeping to vendor coordination to proposal organization. What You'll Do: Work directly with the owner on day-to-day office operations Manage bookkeeping and financial record keeping Follow up with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers on outstanding items Organize, track, and maintain proposals and project documentation Handle general office administration and correspondence Establish and maintain organized filing systems — digital and physical
What We're Looking For: Exceptional organizational skills — this is a must Experience in bookkeeping or accounting Comfortable with technology and proficient in standard productivity and office software Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a small office setting Prior experience in construction, real estate, or a trade business is a plus but not required
Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
Pay: $32,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
