Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and compliance.
- Conduct routine inspections and quality checks throughout the production process, documenting findings accurately.
- Assist in setting up new equipment, calibrating tools, and implementing process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, recommend solutions, and implement process enhancements.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and participating in safety training sessions.
- Support training of junior technicians and new team members, sharing best practices and technical knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a manufacturing technician or similar role within a high-volume production environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment, automation systems, and process control.
- Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and SOP documentation with precision.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues quickly.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and reporting findings clearly.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures relevant to manufacturing operations.
- Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, or certifications such as IPC or OSHA compliance. Resodyn Corporation designs and manufactures a broad range of complex mechanical equipment that must meet high standards of fabrication. The equipment made at our manufacturing facilities in Butte, MT and is sold nationally and internationally.
Resodyn Corporation has been operating in Butte for 20 years and has continued to grow into expanding markets with new products and is being developed for new industrial applications.
Work hours are between 7:00 a.m. to 4:00p.m., however depending on customer needs, overtime may be required.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
