Responsibilities include preparing closing documents, coordinating with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys, reviewing title commitments, balancing files, and facilitating smooth closings from start to finish.
Qualifications: Previous escrow, title, mortgage lending, banking, or real estate closing experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with closing software and Microsoft Office a plus.
