DUTIES
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational programs and activities for students
- Support classroom management and create a positive learning environment
- Help supervise students during indoor and outdoor activities
- Provide individualized attention and support to students as needed
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and development
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience working with students in a daycare, preschool, or early childhood education setting
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques and strategies
- Knowledge of age-appropriate educational and disciplinary practices
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff members
