Overview
We are seeking a friendly, positive, customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships and going above and beyond to be helpful and provide over the top customer service. This role involves engaging with customers, showing various products on our showroom and online, finding information need so that the customer can choose what best fits their needs. The Sales Advisor plays a vital role by connecting with customers, building rapport and being informative and giving the customer a positive experience from the minute they contact us and through out the entire process.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Explain and answer questions about the various products.
- Assist customers with getting the products that best suit their needs.
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card processing
- Ensure the store is clean and organized
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and resolving concerns efficiently
- Maintain proper phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or in person
- Support inventory management
- Uphold store policies and procedures to create a positive shopping environment
Qualifications
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to count cash and give change
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer interaction abilities
- Ability to learn and become highly knowledgable over time.
- Ability to perform product demos effectively and confidently engage customers
- Supervising experience is a plus, but not required for leadership opportunities within the team
- Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail setting
- Ability to problem solve on the fly and/or get support when problems arise.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
