Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Micro Soldering Worker to join our team. In this role, you will perform precise micro soldering tasks on electronic components and circuit boards, ensuring high-quality assembly and repair of electro-mechanical devices. Your expertise will contribute to the production of reliable, top-tier electronic products by following detailed blueprints and schematics, utilizing specialized hand tools, and adhering to strict quality standards. Duties
- Perform micro soldering on small electronic components, including surface mount technology (SMT) devices, with precision and accuracy.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide assembly and repair processes.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as microscopes, ohmmeters, and soldering stations to complete intricate soldering tasks.
- Assemble electrical panels and electro-mechanical components according to detailed specifications.
- Conduct troubleshooting on circuits and assemblies using engineering troubleshooting techniques to identify issues and implement solutions.
- Follow IPC 610 standards for electronics assembly quality control and ensure all work meets industry specifications.
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including inspection reports, schematics updates, and process logs.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of PCB (Printed Circuit Board) design, assembly, and repair processes.
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and interpreting blueprints for both electrical wiring and mechanical assembly.
- Experience with surface mount technology (SMT), electrical wiring, and electrical schematic reading.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment for precision soldering.
- Familiarity with electrical panel building, electro-mechanical component assembly, and machining processes.
- Knowledge of IPC 610 standards for electronics manufacturing quality assurance.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex electronic circuits using engineering troubleshooting methods.
