What You’ll Be Doing
- Masonry and structural concrete restoration
- Structural repairs and reinforcement
- Caulking, sealants, and waterproofing
- Exterior building cleaning and surface prep
- Working at heights (40+ ft)
- Operating tools and jobsite equipment
- Assisting on a wide variety of specialty construction and restoration projects

This isn’t repetitive production work. You’ll learn multiple skills across different types of projects, solve real problems on active job sites, and grow into a well-rounded tradesman.

Concrete, masonry, or construction-related experience is a plus — but if you’ve got work ethic, we’ll teach you the rest.
