The Prout School is seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and student-centered Cross Country Coach to lead our high school cross country program. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about developing student-athletes both on and off the course and who embraces the values of teamwork, sportsmanship, perseverance, and personal growth.ResponsibilitiesPlan and lead daily practices and training sessions.Develop athletes of all ability levels while fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.Coach and supervise the team at meets and school-sponsored events.Promote sportsmanship, leadership, and personal responsibility.Communicate effectively with student-athletes, families, and school administration.Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all participants.Maintain compliance with school, league, and state athletic association policies.
