Job Responsibilities
As a CNA, you will provide compassionate in-home care while promoting each client's safety, independence, and overall well-being. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities
- Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
- Observing, documenting, and reporting changes in clients' conditions
- Following individualized care plans using the Care+ app
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
- Active and valid CNA certification
- Previous home care or healthcare experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record screening, and TB screening (completed within the past 1–2 years)
- Completion of Georgia state fingerprinting requirements
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted; National CPR Foundation certification is not accepted)
