About the Role
Manley Tree Service is a fast-growing tree care company based in South Florida, seeking a hands-on
Project Manager to run day-to-day field operations following the completion of the sales process. This role
owns scheduling, crew coordination, and job-site execution — making sure every project is staffed,
supplied, and completed on time, safely, and to our quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule crews for jobs transitioned from the sales team.
- Serve as the main point of contact for crews and customers once a job is in production.
- Assign daily work orders and adjust schedules for weather, equipment, or crew availability.
- Monitor job progress on-site and troubleshoot issues in real time.
- Ensure crews follow safety protocols and proper work procedures.
- Communicate job status updates to customers and office staff.
- Track job completion, materials, and equipment use against the plan.
- Support and mentor crew leads and field staff.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience coordinating crews, scheduling, or field operations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple jobs and schedules at once.
- Tree care, landscaping, or construction field experience preferred.
- Experience with Jobber or similar scheduling software is a plus but not required.
- ISA Arborist license, or willingness to obtain one, is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.

Pay: $70,622.12 - $75,000.00 per year
