A&M Premier Roofing & Construction is hiring the best door-to-door canvassers in the Triad and the Triangle — the ones who out-knock, out-book, and out-earn everyone around them. If that's you, we'll give you a company truck, cover your gas, pay you hourly on top of commission, and then get out of your way. Your ceiling is your own effort.
This Is For You If…
- You've already got real canvassing, door-to-door, or field sales reps under your belt (roofing / storm restoration a big plus)
- You don't need to be babysat — you set the pace and you set appointments
- You're competitive and money-motivated, and you're bored of caps and quotas that punish production
- You want to be paid like a closer, not a clock-puncher
How You Get Paid
- $10/hour base pay (full-time)
- $50 per appointment set
- $100 every time an appointment becomes real — an insurance claim is filed or a retail estimate is written
- $150+ per productive appointment, on top of your hourly — uncapped
Solid producers land around $1,200/week. Killers clear $1,500+/week — plus the truck and gas.
What You'll Do
- Canvass assigned neighborhoods in the [Raleigh / Greensboro] area
- Talk to homeowners about free roof and exterior inspections
- Set qualified appointments for our inspection and sales team
- Keep your pipeline organized and follow through
What You Bring
- Proven canvassing, door-to-door, or field sales experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (you'll be driving our vehicle)
- Relentless work ethic — you compete with yourself
- Full-time availability
- Must be 18 or older
