Overview:
Creative Minds Therapy, LLC, a therapist-founded company, is seeking dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team. T ideal candidate will provide quality speech therapy services in-person to students in a school near Holland, NY for the 2026-2027 school year for a 1099 contract part-time position.
Details:
*Primarily grades 2nd-4th
*About 25 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized educational plans.
- Provide speech therapy services including but not limited to articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders.
- Collaborate with school team members.
- Complete IEPs and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- NY State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
-NY educational certification
- ASHA certification is preferred.
