Join our dynamic heavy-duty service team as an Entry-Level Lube Technician and kickstart your career in heavy-duty vehicle maintenance and repair! Duties
- Perform oil changes and fluid replacements on heavy-duty, meditum-duty, light-duty trucks, trailers, pumps, and generators efficiently and accurately.
- Perform Texas DOT, FMCSA and custom inspections
- Support the team in basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as brake inspections and fluid replacements.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to carry out mechanical and service procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area, tools, and equipment to uphold safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions professionally.
Skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge with an eagerness to learn preventive maintenance techniques.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment.
- Strong physical stamina for lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols diligently.
- Dealership or mechanic experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
