Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance and control initiatives across manufacturing operations. In this pivotal role, you will champion the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems that ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and excellence. Your expertise will drive a culture of quality, foster cross-functional collaboration, and uphold regulatory standards to deliver exceptional value to our 38 customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, hands-on leader who can operate effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, coach and develop the current Quality team across four shifts, ensuring every member is fully trained and qualified
- Ensure consistent quality standards
- Establish clear ownership and accountability for quality performance
- Monitor and drive KPI's, including customer complaints, internal defects and audit performance
- Ensure critical personalization attributes - including data accuracy, card configuration, encoding and printing
- Partner closely with operations, engineering, maintenance and other functions to troubleshoot quality issues and implement improvements
Qualifications
- Lead and coordinate internal, customer, certification, and third-party audits, ensuring audit readiness, effective resolution of findings, and maintenance of applicable certifications and accreditations (ISO 9001, PCI, CQM, etc.).
- Experience with automated/high-speed manufacturing equipment as well as manual production processes
- Demonstrated experience managing customer complaints, escalations, and customer-facing quality discussions.
- Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis capabilities with a focus on sustainable corrective actions
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and structured problem-solving methodologies. Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.
- Excellent team leadership skills combined with the ability to communicate effectively across departments for cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years of quality engineering and/or quality management experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on quality improvement.

Pay: $120,000.00 per year
