Responsibilities
- Safely operate tow trucks, including flatbed and other specialized equipment, to recover and transport vehicles efficiently.
- Load and unload vehicles with precision, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Conduct basic automotive diagnostics to assess vehicle conditions during roadside assistance or recovery.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients and ensuring their needs are met professionally.
- Manage conflict situations calmly and effectively to resolve issues with customers or other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of all recoveries, loads, unloads, and service reports for operational transparency.
Requirements
- Proven experience driving commercial vehicles, especially tow trucks or flatbed trucks.
- Familiarity with manual transmissions.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating forklifts is a plus.
- Knowledge of automotive safety standards and roadside recovery procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with conflict management abilities to handle challenging situations professionally.
