Job Summary
ALT FRAGRANCES is seeking a motivated Store Manager ( OPEN CONCEPT MALL COUNTER SPACE ) to oversee daily operations and drive the success of our retail open concept store in Katty Mills Mall. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for customer service, ensuring that both employees and customers have a positive experience. This role involves managing staff, maintaining inventory, and implementing sales strategies to achieve store goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve store targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training of new employees.
- Manage inventory control processes to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize shrinkage.
- Handle budgeting and payroll tasks to maintain financial health of the store.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to staff for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
