What You’ll Do
As a part-time weekend, day porter, your day may never be the same. You will be a part of the team managing a Sacramento-based community with 593 doors. Your mission? Keep the community in pristine condition while running smoothly. This is an onsite role.
Day-to-Day responsibilities include but not limited to include:
- Maintenance duties of both clubhouses within the community
- Oversee the condition of the tennis courts and other amenities within the community
- Visually inspect the 26-acre lake to ensure its cleanliness
- Participate in tear down and setup for community events
- Monitor irrigation systems around the community while on property
- Coordinate large maintenance and emergency maintenance repairs with AMC’s vendors
- Other duties and projects may apply to ensure high standards for the community
Must-haves:
