Revive Integrative Health is an established, rapidly growing functional and integrative medicine practice with a successful flagship location in Glenview, Illinois. We are excited to expand into Shelby Township, Michigan, and are looking for an exceptional Physician Assistant (PA-C) to become a foundational member of our new clinic.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to practice medicine differently, focusing on identifying the root cause of chronic illness rather than simply managing symptoms.

Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Physician Assistant who enjoys building long-term relationships with patients and is passionate about preventive and personalized medicine.
Previous functional medicine experience is welcomed but not required. We are committed to providing extensive training to the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
- Develop individualized care plans
- Interpret laboratory testing and diagnostic studies
- Educate patients on nutrition, lifestyle, supplementation, and disease prevention
- Monitor patient progress through follow-up visits
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team
- Maintain thorough documentation in our electronic medical record
- Continue expanding knowledge in functional and integrative medicine
Qualifications
- Current Physician Assistant (PA-C) license
- Michigan licensure (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license (or eligibility)
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Passion for preventative and root-cause medicine
- Team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn functional and integrative medicine
- Experience in primary care, internal medicine, family medicine, endocrinology, or women's health is a plus

Position Type: Full-Time (Part-Time applicants may also be considered)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (No evenings or weekends)
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, plus bonus opportunities.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
