Job Description:
We are a fast-growing roofing company seeking driven, high-energy Sales Representatives to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, self-motivated, and ready to earn based on performance.
As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will generate leads, inspect roofs, assist homeowners through the insurance claims process when applicable, and close deals. We provide the training, support, and systems—you bring the work ethic and drive.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through door-to-door, referrals, and company-provided leads
- Perform roof inspections and identify storm damage
- Educate homeowners on roofing systems and the claims process
- Assist customers with insurance claims when applicable
- Present estimates and close sales
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the project
- Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth job completion
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable with door-to-door prospecting
- Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Smartphone and basic tech skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
Preferred Experience:
- Roofing or construction sales
- Insurance restoration / storm damage sales
- Door-to-door or canvassing experience
- In-home sales presentations
