Overview
Join our dynamic logistics team as a Shipping Clerk / Truck Driver, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and timely deliveries. This energetic position combines the responsibilities of executing our shipping and receiving processes with the hands-on experience of driving the company truck to various destinations including the DFW area. You'll be at the forefront of our supply chain, completing order fulfillment, inventory management, and transportation logistics to keep our operations running seamlessly. Duties
- Prepare and process outgoing shipments using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, and load & unload equipment while adhering to safety protocols
- Conduct inventory checks, stocking, picking & packing, and order fulfillment activities to meet customer demands
- Operate company vehicles safely to deliver products to designated locations, following all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate shipping & receiving records, including inbound/outbound logs and incident reports
- Assist with warehouse organization, including stock rotation, pallet stacking, and maintaining a clean workspace
- Use basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and verifying shipment quantities
Skills
- Proven experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures within a distribution or e-commerce environment
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory management
- Excellent driving skills with a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred; safe driving record required
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and drivers effectively

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
