- Initial 2-week training period - We have been certified as the most educated team in Kentucky!!! We focus on this to provide top tier sales and service... PLUS, TRAINING IS PAID at $100 per day while you learn our programs and the RIGHT WAY to sell and service your customers.
- Ongoing support and education - We pay for classes with the IICRC for continued education in our industry, and have 3x per week sales/training meetings. We truly expect our people to be the best in the business, so we invest in your growth and development!
- $700 biweekly car/gas allowance - get out there and hustle! We will make sure you can make it there.
- Supplementation Support - Most roofing contracts are paid through insurance claims. We provide full service supplementing of those claims for you, ensuring your customers (and you) get the best possible products and the highest payouts.

- Flexible Schedule - In order to meet with homeowners, you have to be able to meet with them when they are home. This often means nights/weekends... HOWEVER, we are a family run and family focused company. If you need to make it to a game or school play, or just need a night to go out with your significant other, you set the schedule that works for you.
What we are looking for is people who are hungry and ready:
- No Experience Needed - Even if you think you have done this type of work before... you haven't done it with Guardian! No other company out there has the depth of programs and processes to get you where you need to be!
- Ready to RUN - If you are not willing and able to show up, step up, follow up, and never give up... then this may not be for you. At Guardian, we work hard so we can play hard!
- Team Players - You will need to work alongside office, installation/frontline, and other staff to make sure our customers are happy and are getting the best possible solutions for their homes.
- Detail Oriented - A LOT goes in to making sure what we install is a true roofing system, not just some shingles on top of a building. Getting exact measurements, fully and accurately completing forms and paperwork, and documenting your customer's needs is crucial to getting it done correctly and efficiently.
