As a Precision CNC Milling & Turning Specialist, you will transform detailed blueprints into exact, production-ready parts on modern CNC equipment. You’ll keep quality tight, processes safe, and output steady in a fast-paced manufacturing environment—while continuously tuning setups for accuracy and efficiency.

Begin by reviewing engineering drawings and work instructions, confirming features, tolerances, and critical dimensions.

Prepare the machine: install and qualify tools, set workholding, and establish work and tool offsets.

Run first-article pieces, verify results, and adjust as needed to lock in the process.

Perform in-process checks, make program edits and tool wear adjustments to keep dimensions on target.

Troubleshoot any cutting, finish, or dimensional issues; recommend improvements to stabilize the run.

Meet production and quality targets while maintaining strict tolerances.

Wrap up by completing routine maintenance and keeping the work area clean and safe.
Measure and verify components using precision instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, and indicators. Document checks to ensure parts meet print requirements from first-piece through final inspection.
Follow all company safety procedures and quality requirements. Seek out opportunities to refine setups, tooling choices, and cutting parameters for better consistency and throughput.
