Heartland Community Health Center is seeking compassionate and team-oriented RNs to join our interdisciplinary healthcare team in a fast-paced ambulatory care setting.

Position Responsibilities Include:
- Patient triage and education
- Medication and immunization administration
- Assisting providers with patient care and clinic flow
- Care coordination for chronic illness patients
- Supporting behavioral health and interdisciplinary teams
- Laboratory testing and documentation
- Assisting with daily clinic operations
Qualifications:
- Active Kansas RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Ambulatory care experience preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for patient-centered care and teamwork
Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Clinic hours range from 7:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (Mond-Thurs) and 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Fridays as needed
