We’re looking for a driven transaction coordinator to manage contracts throughout the home-buying and selling process. You’d be responsible for overseeing listing preparation and transactions from start to finish to ensure a smooth and successful sale. Our ideal candidate is extremely organized, detail-oriented, loves paperwork, and has superb customer service skills.
Overview of Real Estate Transaction Coordinator Responsibilities
- Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close.
- Provide listing preparation services if needed.
- Audit documents to verify they have all the correct signatures and dates for compliance purposes.
- Ensure all parties (Coop agent, lender, title) are added to loop and complete/submit appropriate documentation for approval and monitor for any compliance department corrections needed from Audit Worksheet.
- Distribute copies of executed contract documents to all parties (client, title, and lender).
- Notify agent of transaction deadlines (EMD, inspections, etc.) and ensure the completion of all needed post contract documents is completed, such as amendments, appraisals, title work, and mortgage loans.
- Coordinate Final Buyer Walk-Throughs and Closing Appointments.
- Review Settlement Statements & Mark Listing Sold in MLS if applicable.
Real Estate Transaction Coordinator Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience
- Must hold an active real estate license in Kansas and/or Missouri
- Minimum of 1 year of real estate experience required
- Must have successfully closed at least 3 transactions in Kansas or Missouri
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
- Must be willing to transfer to or already be with ReeceNichols and join the The Rob Ellerman Team
- Must have a high level of attention to detail and have excellent organizational skills and communication skills
- Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
Location: Remote - will need to service agents in all of our team’s markets in KS and MO.
This is an Independent contractor position and based on a set contractual a la carte menu that RET agents hire you to provide and is paid at closings from individual agent’s commissions. This position will start as a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into full-time TC work.
