Qualifications
- Previous collision repair management experience required
- Proven ability to lead production-focused teams
- Strong understanding of collision repair operations
- Experience managing KPIs, cycle time, touch time, and profitability
- Ability to recruit, develop, and retain employees
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience working with insurance partners and DRP programs
- Valid driver's license
