Amador Lakes Apartments is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant for our beautiful 555-unit luxury apartment community that offers upscale residential living in Dublin, CA. In this role, you will be mainly responsible for leasing apartment homes to potential residents while providing outstanding customer service.

Your Primary Responsibilities will include:
Working consistently to optimize occupancy while maintaining the established lease rents.
Maintaining office presentation professionally.
Responding to phone and email inquiry leads throughout the day.
Showing vacant units and giving tours of the community.
Leasing apartments by actively marketing and promoting the apartment community.
Processing applications, ensuring that the documentation is complete and meets company requirements.
Preparing lease and move-in packets and maintaining communication logs.
Promoting the company's vision and demonstrating courteous communication & customer relations skills
Requirements:
Strong customer service experience.
Excellent time management, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and write English; speak and understand spoken English. Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Express & Internet Research.
High School Diploma required.
Ability to work weekends and holidays.
Salary and Benefits:
The hourly rate with commissions and renewals will average $28.00 to $30.00 per hour. The base Salary is up to $23.00 per hour. Leasing Consultants will average 4-5 commissions each pay period or 8 to 10 monthly commissions at $250 per commission. Commissions are paid each pay period upon resident move-in. Plus, Renewal bonuses. Employees are eligible for a housing discount of 30% while living on-site.
You would be eligible for 12 PTO days, paid holidays, plus your birthday off. Employer covers 95% of medical premiums for employees, 50% of dental premiums, and 100% of vision premiums and funds a life insurance policy for every full-time employee. After six months of employment, employees can enroll in a 401k program with a generous employer match—five days per week - 40 hours.
