Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the products and services offered.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
- Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
-MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SALES.
-Knowledge on facials packages.
- Proven experience in customer service or sales is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and meeting customer needs.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or holidays as required by business needs.
