In this dynamic role, you will craft innovative cocktails, serve beverages with flair, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. Bartending skills are not needed, simply a willingness to learn. We will teach you every step of service and bartending.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
- Manage POS systems and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws and promoting safe drinking practices
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow during high-volume times
- Uphold all safety standards related to food safety, beverage handling, and responsible alcohol service
Experience
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle challenging situations gracefully
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous retail math or hospitality math experience for cash handling and sales calculations is preferred
