ABOUT TOPBUILD HOME SERVICES
TopBuild Home Services is a leading building science and energy performance partner to residential new construction builders, offering high-quality and cost-effective solutions for code compliance and home p erformance testing.
Conduct a variety of energy efficiency testing and punch list inspections on new construction houses. HERS rater preferred, BPI certification or other relevant energy inspection experience welcome. Teachable individuals with any construction experience also welcome to apply as training can be provided.

Daily travel to construction sites within the local regional location in company provided vehicle
This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Role also requires good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties.

Compensation Range:
$13.00 - $30.00
