We are seeking an experienced Exterior Construction & Fence Installation Technician to join our growing team. This position involves residential and light commercial construction projects with a focus on fencing, gates, concrete work, and general exterior construction services.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and can work under minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards and job site safety.

- Install wood, vinyl, chain-link, and farm fencing systems
- Set fence posts, mix/pour concrete, and ensure accurate layout measurements
- Assist with gate installation and exterior construction projects
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Follow project instructions and complete tasks efficiently
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail on all projects
Qualifications:
- 2 Years experience in fencing installation or general construction required
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of construction tools and equipment, including augers, levels, saws, drills, and other power tools
- Ability to lift and carry 80+ pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license and transportation for required travel
- Employer has attendance guidelines
- Ability to read measurements and perform accurate layouts preferred
