Job Overview
Ezzo Sausage Company is a food manufacturing company producing the best pepperoni, sausage and salami! We are seeking a dedicated and skilled food production employees to join our dynamic team in a food manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the meat production process, ensuring that products meet quality standards. This position requires a strong work ethic (doing it right the first time, every time), attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to lift 50-60 lbs continuously. You will be working in a cold environment. Attendance and reliability is crucial!!

Starting wages are $17.00 per hour with potential for $18.00 after a successful 90-day probationary period. Then we move to pay for skill - the more you learn the more you earn!
You will be required to come in for an in-person interview. If you do not show for a scheduled interview you will not be rescheduled.
You will be required to successfully pass a drug screen (including marijuana/THC/Delta 9) regardless if you hold a medical card, and background check.
