Host / Busser – Lucile's Creole Cafe | Longmont, CO
Lucile's Creole Cafe in Longmont is looking for dependable, hardworking team members to join our front-of-house staff.
We're hiring to help cover our weekly Host / Busser schedule. This is a fast-paced position that's ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy and providing a welcoming experience for our guests.
Responsibilities (Host 25%, hourly)
- Welcome and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Manage the wait list and communicate accurate wait times
- Answer the phone and assist with guest inquiries/To-Go orders
Responsibilities (Bus 75%, hourly + Tip-Out)
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Keep the dining room clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Restock service stations throughout the shift
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Maintain cleanliness in guest-facing areas
Qualifications
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Ability to remain on your feet throughout the shift
- Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 40 pounds throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Weekend availability required
- Willingness to cover shifts outside of your schedule
Schedule
This is a consistent weekly schedule and is not an on-call or highly flexible position.
Position works 4 shifts per week.
Monday–Friday: 6:15 AM – 3:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
