Handyman / Carpenter – Construction & Maintenance
Location: Jacksonville / Camp Lejeune, NC

CRM Workforce Solutions is hiring experienced Handyman/Carpentry Workers for a project near Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, NC.
We are looking for dependable, hands-on workers with experience in general construction, carpentry, repairs, and facility maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic plumbing repairs, including replacing faucets and unclogging drains
- Complete minor electrical work such as replacing switches, outlets, and light fixtures
- Perform drywall patching and painting
- Install and repair doors, locks, shelving, fixtures, and other hardware
- Assemble furniture and complete general facility repairs
- Perform structural and finish carpentry
- Frame walls, floors, joists, roof trusses, and subflooring as needed
- Measure, cut, and install trim, baseboards, molding, doors, and windows
- Assist with material handling, loading/unloading, and jobsite setup
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements
- Previous handyman, carpentry, construction, or maintenance experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and material handling
- Reliable transportation to the Jacksonville/Camp Lejeune area
- Dependable and safety-conscious
- Must successfully complete a background check
- Must complete Form I-9 employment eligibility verification and E-Verify requirements
Pay is based on experience and skill level.
