Bliss Beach - Luxury beach lounges, bonfires and events

This job is for someone entrepreneurial, seeking flexible work outdoors that pays great with opportunity to grow. We deliver equipment to the sand for beachgoers and set up beach lounges and bonfires and we're in search of someone to lead reservations in San Diego.
We're in search of someone who is willing to travel to various beach locations in SD County, primarily Mission Beach. We are looking for someone who is reliable, good with people and physically fit to lift and set-up gear on the sand using an electric wagon to haul equipment (chairs, rugs, cooler, etc.). You'll build lounges, welcoming guests, return to pick it up, solve for issues if they arise and cleaning / care for gear. You are supported by an awesome team, the pay is great and most of your day is still free so it works well in conjunction with other flexible / remote work.
Compensation is structured as a profit share for each reservation, yielding ~$100 - $500 per reservation, depending on the reservation details. Most reservations are on weekends and our ideal candidate is keen to take whatever weekday and weekend events come in. It is busy on the beach through October, shifts largely to bonfires in winter and the season picks up again in February. Our ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, keen to grow the location and grow with the business.
