About the Role
We are a growing dental organization focused on providing excellent patient care and a positive patient experience. We are seeking a skilled Clinical Dental Assistant who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced general dentistry environment.
This role is ideal for an assistant who enjoys supporting doctors, educating patients, and being part of a strong clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Assist doctors during general dentistry procedures
- Prepare operatories, instruments, and materials
- Take digital X-rays and complete clinical charting
- Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
- Support efficient patient flow and daily clinical operations
- Educate patients on recommended treatments and procedures
- Provide a professional, welcoming patient experience
- Assist with Invisalign, restorative, and other dental procedures
- Communicate effectively with front office and clinical teams
Qualifications
- Texas RDA license preferred
- Dental assisting experience required
- Open Dental experience preferred
- Fluent in English and Spanish required due to patient communication responsibilities
- Strong communication and patient service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy dental office
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
