Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Striping and Seal Coat Supervisor, where you'll lead the execution of pavement marking and sealing projects with precision and enthusiasm. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the planning, coordination, and quality control of striping and seal coating operations on various construction sites. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all striping and seal coat activities on construction sites, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications.
- Inspect work sites regularly to monitor quality standards, identify potential issues early, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Train crew members on proper equipment use, paving techniques, and safety procedures to foster a skilled and motivated team.
- Layout and install striping/sealcoat, install signs, install thermoplastic pavement markings . You are out there working with the team/owner
- Must be able to work early mornings and meet at job sites in the upstate area. punctuality is a must.
- Most work is in the upstate, but occasionally some out of town work, so you have to be willing to travel and stay overnight occasionally but not often.
Skills
- Proven experience in use of striping machinery and seal coat rigs.
- Strong background in paving techniques and construction site management.
- Skilled in supervising teams with excellent leadership abilities; capable of motivating workers toward high-quality outcomes.
- Familiarity with construction safety standards and best practices for pavement marking projects.
- Experience with thermoplastic pavement markings.
- Ability to read blueprints, technical specifications, and project plans accurately.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
