Position Summary:
We’re looking for a dedicated Full Time or Part Time Dental Assistant to join our team and play a key role in creating a smooth and enjoyable experience for our patients. From supporting clinical care to helping with administrative tasks, this position is vital to keeping our office running efficiently. You’ll be part of a supportive team, working together to provide unmatched customer service and care.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for procedures, making their comfort a top priority.
- Set up instruments, equipment, and materials needed for treatments.
- Sterilize instruments and follow all health and safety regulations.
- Assist dentists using four-handed dentistry techniques.
- Deliver exceptional, 5-star customer service to each patient.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a dental assistant, including chairside and sedation procedures, is preferred.
- Familiarity with dental instruments, sterilization processes, and health & safety standards.
- Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks like coronal polishing .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a warm, approachable demeanor is essential.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- High school diploma required; dental assistant school graduation.
- Additional certifications, and X-ray certification, help ensure you're fully prepared to excel on the clinical floor.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Full Time ( 36-40 hours a week) or Flexible Part Time Hours
- Hourly Pay: . $20-24 dollars an hour. Our compensation is anchored in a skills-based pay model. Rather than relying merely on years of experience, your base salary is determined by the specific competencies, certifications, and proficiency levels you bring to the team
