Production & Creative Assistant — Boldery Group

Boldery Group is a full-stack marketing agency in Houston building brands through content, paid media, and experiential campaigns for restaurants, law firms, real estate, and more. We’re looking for a Production & Creative Assistant to keep our shoots, activations, and client pipeline running without a hitch.
Production Support:
- Assist with pre-production for photo and video shoots
- Create and maintain production checklists and shot lists
- Confirm talent, photographers, videographers, locations, and vendors
- Coordinate day-of production schedules and make sure the team and materials are ready to go
- Support on-site during production days
- Support client activations and events
- Research vendors, venues, talent, and resources for upcoming productions
- Solve small operational issues on the spot without escalating everything
Client & Prospect Support:
- Follow up with prospects and help manage meeting scheduling
- Research potential new clients and leads
- General administrative support
What we’re looking for:
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once
- Strong communicator, comfortable coordinating with vendors, talent, and clients
- Available for part-time hours and flexible around occasional production days/weekends
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred, Houston market
- Prior experience in production, events, or agency environments a plus, but drive and reliability matter more
Compensation: $17-20/ hr
Schedule: Part-time, based in Houston
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
