As a Flex Lobby Attendant with Blackwell, Inc., you'll be part of a professional steam that provides concierge-style service and security oversight at residential and commercial properties. This on-call position offers flexibility, variety, and the chance to make a positive impact - without the commitment of a full-time schedule.
Seeking Weekly Availability: 1st and 2nd shift.
What You'll Do:

Provide warm, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors.

Monitor property access and ensure only authorized individuals enter.

Assist with deliveries and maintain secure entry points.

Communicate effectively with property management and internal teams.

Stay informed about local businesses and services to assist residents and guests.

Maintain privacy and confidentiality in all interactions.

Support property operations and respond to issues as needed.

Fill in for scheduled shifts or emergency coverage shifts within a 25-mile district.

Other job duties assigned as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education: High school diploma or GED

Experience:
- 3+ years in customer service or hospitality

1+ year in a supervisory or concierge role (preferred)
