Ability to:
Break down complex information to identify patterns or trends.
Organize and display information to present to others.
Develop and apply criteria to make recommendations.
Draft written reports summarizing conclusion and recommendation.
Experience with:
Drafting regulatory language and the rule-making process.
Program development / evaluation.
Projects with an Information Technology (IT) component.
