- Supervise daily construction activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues as they arise.
- Review and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Manage on-site inspections and quality control procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members.
- Resolve any conflicts or challenges that may impact project timelines.
