The Enrollment Associate will set up at resource fairs, gatherings, and community centers, guiding eligible customers through enrollment with warmth. Your sales expertise will fuel sales growth, help you achieve sales goals, and keep families connected.
As an Enrollment Associate , you will begin with structured training in free government phone services while strengthening your skills in community, event-driven, and consultative sales approaches. The Enrollment Associate will assist customers through in-person sales outreach, ensuring every sales interaction is helpful and easy to follow.
Core Functions of the Enrollment Associate
- Identify underserved Los Angeles pockets where customers need a smartphone upgrade and present our no-cost service as the solution.
- Inspire customer confidence by showcasing the broad network reach and high-speed capabilities of our national wireless partner.
- Audit current phone setups on-site to prove how our unlimited data and 5G-ready devices outperform existing options.
- Lock in new service activations by guiding participants through a streamlined, paperless enrollment process at any pop-up site.
- Teach new users how to maximize their mobile features, ensuring they are fully tech-ready before they leave the activation site.
- Excel in a fast-paced field environment by consistently exceeding the weekly quota for new community connectivity accounts.
- Collaborate with your fellow Enrollment Associate team members to reach your daily and weekly sales goals
Education & Experience Needed for the Enrollment Associate
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Background in sales or customer service is a bonus.

Pay: $3,600.00 - $5,600.00 per month
