What You'll Learn
- Perform comprehensive residential home inspections.
- Evaluate structural, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and major home systems.
- Communicate findings clearly and professionally with clients.
- Prepare accurate, professional inspection reports.

What We're Looking For
- Currently working toward a Maryland and/or Virginia Home Inspector License or willing to obtain one
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professionalism, curiosity, and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to access roofs, attics, crawlspaces, and other inspection areas
- Someone who shares our commitment to teamwork, reliability, ownership, and delivering a 5-star customer experience
